В научной литературе регулярно появляются публикации, указывающие на необходимость оптимизации доступа врачей к медицинскому обслуживанию за счет уменьшения различного рода препятствий, с которыми они сталкиваются, однако, несмотря на широкий спектр мнений экспертов в этой области, существующие препятствия четко не определены. Целью нашей обзорной работы явилась систематизация накопленных в этом направлении материалов, проанализировано 44 источника зарубежной литературы в электронных базах данных MEDLINE® (1981-2016) и CINAHL (1982-2010). Анализ литературы показал, что информации недостаточно, несмотря на значимость изучения приверженности врачей к лечению с целью установления причинно-следственных связей и научного обоснования профилактических мероприятий. При изучении комплаентности врачей иностранных государств с большой долей вероятности результаты исследований можно экстраполировать на комплаентность врачей нашей страны.
