Educational environment of university flows into student's personality. Perception of educational environment by students flows into process of thinking, acquire professional knowledge and personal social adaptation. Analysis showed that the main approaches are founded to study the objects of education environment, emotional protection and psychology security and the role of reference groups. There are discover the tendency to use CIT (monitoring) in investigated the influence between sensation of psychology security and information sources and technology.
