The socio-information mechanism for improving the quality of housing provision in Russia

The article deals with housing for citizens in Russia. At the same time, the authors identify the main problems of modern housing and focus on the latest innovations in this area that will allow the construction of housing with minimum costs and maximum quality. The article also considers all stakeholders and presents the mechanism of their interaction within the legal and information fields. This work will be of interest to analysts and businessmen working in the field of housing construction, as the authors present their own forecast for the growth of the quality of housing construction, taking into account external and internal factors (the model representation has been carried out through constructing the Ishikawa diagram according to V. Zharikov's authorial method).
