Social and economic aspects of the development of the Arctic region's indigenous population in the framework of the sustainable development concept

The issues of socio-economic development of the indigenous peoples of the Arctic are considered in the context of the Sustainable Development Concept. The correlation of the globalization process with new challenges and ways of preserving the traditional forms of the national economy, social and cultural life of the indigenous people of the Arctic is shown. The main attention is focused on consideration of the development of the indigenous peoples of the Arctic within their specific historical development.
