Socio-economic consequences of the impact of the digital economy on the labor market in the Republic of Bashkortostan

The article updates the role and significance of digital transformation processes and digital technologies directly implemented at all levels of management and management. The authors examined in detail the socio-economic consequences of the influence of the digital economy on the labor market of a federal subject using the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan. An analysis of the current state and development of labor resources at the regional level was carried out. An assessment of individual parameters reflecting the development of the republican labor market and social and labor relations is given. Really achievable strategic goals in the field of development of the republican labor market are identified, taking into account the intensification of digitalization processes in the short term. It is summarized that the new labor realities of digitalization determine the modernization of educational relations and the educational sphere itself, the system of advanced training for employees of organizations, individual segments of the labor market of Bashkortostan, taking into account the emergence of new professions and specialties with digital competencies. The active introduction of digital technologies directly affects the amount of supply and demand in the republican labor market, changes the concept of all requirements for the competencies of workers employed in enterprises that practically implement «digital» and use digital technologies.
