Social and economic problems of realization of strategy of reproductive work in economy

This scientific article is dedicated to the historical and sociological analysis of territorial socio-economical behavior of the Ural population in XX century, as a region playing from XVIII century and nowadays an important role in the socio-economical development of the whole country. The suggested analysis gives the opportunities to understand the reasons of modern Ural regional development problems and to conceptualize the possible ways of objectivation and optimization the socio-economical processes in the region for day-to-day and far away perspectives.
