This article discusses the conditions of the manifestation of antisocial entrepreneurship in human trafficking, provides an overview of the manifestation of this phenomenon, determines the content and mechanisms of the functioning of trafficking in human beings, suggests a mathematical model for determining the risk of the antisocial entrepreneur trafficker, directions and ways to curb the greed of antisocial entrepreneurs.
