Social and economic analysis of the wage policy in the agrarian sector

The innovative development of the agrarian sector of the economy entails objective quantitative and qualitative changes in the structure of personnel management of organizations and, first of all, in the wage policy. In this regard, the relevance of scientific research of the methodological foundations of the problem and the need to improve its normative and methodological base for practice are substantiated. The purpose of this article is to conduct a social and economic analysis of the wage policy in the agrarian sector and identify the main trends in its development at the regional level. The analysis of decent work indicators in the Russian Federation revealed some areas in the development of human capital, including some of them in the agricultural sector of the economy. In the process of the study, the system of the parameters and indicators was clarified, allowing to evaluate effectiveness of the wage policy at the sectorial and regional level. The correlation of indicators of the structure of the wage fund of agricultural organizations of the Orel region, the average monthly level of wages and labor productivity are considered. Proposals have been developed to improve the methodological foundations of the wage policy.
