This article discusses the planning of social kind of personnel management, observes the development and implementation of management decisions in this area carried out in close connection with the purposes and objectives of an organization as a whole. Building a system of social management for the organization's human recourses supposes the creation of a number of interrelated subsystems which would provide managerial decision-making.
