Social-economic modeling of resource downloading of megapolises

The work is devoted to topical issues of urban planning in relation to megalopolises, taking into account the limitations of natural, communal and social resources. This problem is especially acute for the vast majority of capitals of States, traditionally concentrating in themselves business and academic centers, as well as cities with historical heritage experiencing increased interest in connection with the rapid development of tourism. The authors formalize the problem of determining the optimal ratio of the volume of the city Fund intended for non-residents to its total volume, as well as the economic calculation aimed at determining the quantitative framework that can be used as the basis for administrative measures aimed at limiting the flow ofpersons arriving with the intention to temporarily place in such cities.
