Socio-economic situation of the employees of the Troitskosavsk city people's revolutionary committee during the period of the Far Eastern Republic

The article attempts to give a general description of the socio-economic situation of the employees of the Troitskosavsk City Revolutionary Committee in the early 1920s. The study of the socio-economic situation of a city employees, of their material security demonstrates the transition from disintegration of the state apparatus to the construction of a new one. At the same time, the authors identify the problems of this transition, ways to solve them, which later will be reflected in the social policy program of the new government in the field of supporting city government employees.
