Socio-economic importance of implementation of large infrastructural projects at Russian Railways

The scientific article is devoted to a research analysis of the socio-economic significance of the implementation of large infrastructure projects at Russian Railways for the implementation of their business development strategy. The relevance of the study is due to the adoption by the management of the Russian Railways enterprise of a strategic decision to renew fixed assets and create new infrastructure facilities that will improve the financial and economic activities of the organization. In the conclusion of the work, the author found that thanks to the successful implementation of large infrastructure projects in the Russian Railways company, conditions are formed for the development of the industry of the railway complex of the Russian Federation, passenger and goods traffic is stimulated by railway transportation, which in total allows the enterprise to achieve growth in financial and economic indicators of the effectiveness of their economic activities.
