The article deals with the main factors and conditions which influence the development of physical culture of the cadets of the RF Interior Ministry higher educational institutions. The developed system of professional profile enables the author to assess qualitative and quantitative changes in the cadets’ acquiring proficiency to realize objective possibilities implied by physical education and sport.
