Social and educational conditions of the teachers’ career development in the advanced training system

The study is based upon the teacher career classification by R. Sherayzina and M.V. Aleksandrova, in which there is social, qualification and occupational position careers are distinguished. Unlike their classification in the professional career of the advanced training teacher the author distinguishes social and vocational careers. The vocational career includes qualification, occupational position and academic. So, unlike the teacher’s vocational career, the advanced training teacher’s one besides social, qualification and positional includes the academic career.
