In the context of modernization, vocational education as the most important social institution is intended to respond to emerging needs of healthcare system and society as a whole. Effectiveness of future experts’ socialization, personal and professional development in higher school is determined by their professional and cultural competence. The article discusses the experience of socio-pedagogical monitoring in the assessment of effectiveness of modular system of training.
