Socio-political activity of the youth in the Rostov region

The article deals with the attitudes of young people of the Rostov region to the current government in comparison with the general trends typical for the country. Special attention is given to the concept of “civil society", its perception and understanding among young people. The author considers the possibility of young people’s protest behavior regarding the official authorities determined by the inter-ethnic tensions.
