Politico-social aspects of the struggle against corruption in modern Russia

The article contains analysis of corrupt practices in modern Russia, of the reasons of the emergence, the mechanism of the formation, and the tendencies of the evolution of corrupt institutions in Russia politics. The author analyzes the Federal Law On counteracting to corruption. With Finland and USA as example, effective anticorrupt methods are presented.
