The 1936 was a time of mass political repressions in the USSR against foreigners, suspected of espionage. Under conditions of increasing threat of war, foreign specialists and workers at particularly important industrial enterprises, and Stalingrad Tractor Plant was among them, were under close attention. The main task of this publication is to find out fates of the foreigners who worked at Stalingrad tractor plant in 1930s and to compose their socio-political portraits on the base of investigative material of counter-revolutionary terrorist organization due to concluded biographical particulars. The author shows that most of the repressed foreign workers were condemned to extreme penalty. Afterwards all were rehabilitated.
