Social and legal aspects of support for children with disabilities in conditions of inclusive school education

This article raises the issues of social and legal support for children with disabilities. The author analyzes the existing terminology that is used in the legislation of the Russian Federation; it clarifies the definitions, indicating the given category of people. It is emphasized that the Russian Federation Law "On Education" does not reflect the need for a special learning environment for citizens possessing specific legal status.
