Social and psychological adaptation of a person. Strategies of inner conflicts solution

The article contains theoretical approaches to understanding of the person's social and psychological adaptation. It also indicates that psychological adaptation is a system process. The author suggests to analyze the effectiveness of socially-psychological adaptation with the position of analyzing the strategies of inner conflicts solution.
