Socially-psychological factors of psyphological resiliency of participants of operations (on the example of armies of the foreign states)

Commanders and psychologists of foreign armies purposefully work over strengthening of psychological resiliency of participants of operations. Psychological resiliency (stability) is understood as ability of participants of operations to keep the fighting capacity in an interval providing performance of a fighting problem. Among the factors providing psychological resiliency foreign military psychologists name factors socially-psychological. To number of such factors vertical unity i.e. trust concern the commander, horizontal unity, i.e. a collectivism, constructive relations with the family. The program of comprehensive preparation of military men and members of their families aims at formation of the given factors. Experience of foreign armies can be considered at building of psychological service of Armed forces of the Russian Federation.
