Social psychological and clinical characteristics in narcological under-age population with comorbide psychic pathology

The publication describes the problem of comorbidity with psychic disorders, which is one of a current problem in psychiatry and clinical psychology. We investigated the comorbidity of two types psychic pathology - psychic disorders which are consequence on substance abuse, and other types of psychic pathology (by the example of a combination with organic psychic disorders, personality disorders and oligophrenia). In the article it was paid attention predominantly to the social and psychological factors in teenagers with the substance abuse pa-thology. It was observed 317 teenagers, who were hospitalized in particularized in-patient narcological department. We revealed stable patterns of combination the social demographic, clinical psychological and other factors, which are provide the opportunity to sufficient exact distinguish the individuals with substance abuse in the case of presence or absent the coexisting psychic pathology.
