Social and psychological methods of analyzing professional legal awareness of internal agencies workers

The article attempts reflection of a new look at the problem of illegal behavior, and proposes sociopsychological methods of research. The developed questionnaire allows studying the attitude of employees to the norms of behavior in the system of Ministry of Internal Affairs, individual features of the tendency to the infringement of the service discipline. The main idea of the article is study of psychological peculiarities of employees who violate official discipline.
