The article examines issues related to the specifics of using socio-psychological methods of personnel management in an organization. An analysis of the components of socio-psychological management methods is conducted. The results of the study are the conclusions that socio-psychological management measures are one of the effective methods of personnel management in entrepreneurship. In the current conditions of personnel "hunger" for any organization, the issue of building an effective system of employee motivation, the need to create and maintain a favorable psychological climate in the team becomes relevant.
