Social-psychological features of the personal of law-enforcement bodies employees in various spheres of activity

The article is devoted to the analysis of interrelation of personal qualities of employees of law-enforcement bodies and their professional work. Various problems, which militia face, lead to the transformation of the personality of the employee in the course of his professional work. In the study the major factors which define features of the personality of employees working in various spheres are considered. The influence of experience and duration of service on the formation and change of personal features of employees of law-enforcement bodies is discussed.
