Social and psychological peculiarities of mobbing in organizations

The article examines the social and psychological peculiarities of mobbing and its kinds in municipal organizations and in private sector. Using the diagnostic questionnaires on mobbing processes in an organization and methods of interpersonal relationships diagnostics, the authors declare that employees affected by mobbing in the workplace have a different style of interpersonal relations.
