Flight and passenger safety depends on the performance of aviation community. The quality of interaction, team cooperation, psycho-physiological features are the necessary conditions for the efficient work. The head of organization plays the main role in the formation of favorable psychological climate in the team of aviation specialists. The team work of aviation community is becoming more important for aircraft service organization. Knowledge about the team work has been accumulated for decades, which has led to significant progress in understanding the process. At present, more information has become known about the compatibility of the characters of the team members of aviation specialists, its management, the relationship between the members of the team of aviation specialists, decision-making, the competence of the team members and the group dynamics in general. In order to improve flight safety the members of the aviation team should communicate, collaborate and work as a team. Job characteristics such as group cohesion and the competence of its members also affect its quality. Dedication and team standards to achieve acceptable performance have an impact on group cohesion of aviation community. Cohesion has a greater impact on the work in the real world, and the desire to perform the task is the most important component of group cohesion of aviation specialists.
