The article deals with the socio-psychological problems of legal education, as well as the formation of the personality of a lawyer. The continuity of the tradition of education of lawyers on the basis of classical legal education, the problems of training and early adaptation in the profession of young lawyers is pointed out. Attention is drawn to the modern system of law enforcement and judicial bodies, of which law schools are an integral part. In the position of domestic legal psychology, the psychological development of the foundations of social and legal thinking of future lawyers, consonant with the modern realities of criminal threats, including in the field of digital information space and counteraction to the penetration of ideology and irrational attitudes of terrorism and extremism, etc., is proposed.
