This article presents its own empirical study of social and psychological training as a condition for the formation of cohesion of newly formed teams in organizations. According to the results of the empirical research the author verifies the hypothesis that social and psychological training can be an effective means of building cohesion among the organization's employees. The author used the experimental and diagnostic methods in the research. Initially, a primary diagnosis of the level of cohesion and psychological climate of the staff of the newly created departments of organizations was carried out, then a training program was conducted with the experimental group. After that a secondary diagnosis of both groups was carried out. After analyzing the results of the study and checking their statistical significance the author revealed significant differences in the parameters of group cohesion and the assessment of the psychological climate before and after the training sessions in the experimental group. In the group in which the training was not conducted, the changes also have taken place in a positive way, but all these changes were not significant. The results of this work catalyze a number of studies in the field of social psychology related to the organization of the activities of employees working remotely and interacting with colleagues and managers through a virtual environment.
