Socio-psychological climate as a motivator of personnel's labor activity

The article examines the essence and significance of the socio-psychological climate in the personnel management system of a modern organization. A separate emphasis is placed on the role of the socio-psychological climate in the system of motivators of employees of the organization. In modern personnel management, quite a large number of specialists indicate that favorable socio-psychological communications increase the effectiveness of the organization's functioning, which actualizes the research performed. The authors traced the duality of the concept of socio-psychological climate, namely, on the one hand, it is an objective characteristic that affects the mood of employees, while this mood is formed by the subjective characteristics of the employees themselves.
