This article deals with the actual problem of the influence of the socio-psychological climate on the efficiency of the organization's employees. In a modern market economy, to increase the competitiveness and efficiency of an organization, it is necessary to create comfortable working conditions for the work of employees of the organization. The article defines the concept of socio-psychological climate, defines the main psychological factors that regulate the climate of the team, and discusses ways to improve the socio-psychological climate, depending on the negative factors.
