Social and psychological coaching as the form of education in the course of vocational training of social workers in a higher education institution

This article is devoted to the problems of professional and personal development of social workers in higher education institutions. It studies the role of coaching in an educational process. This article also reveals the advantages of application of social and psychological coaching as the form of education for social workers training.
