Among the major institutions potentially capable to consolidate the society, the family institution is distinguished primarily. In the social, psychological and educational experience of communication and interaction of families having different ethnic cultural roots, especially among teenagers and young people, it is not infrequent that the acute conflicts occur, which requires professional intervention and delicate management of the conflict. Social and educational support of families and children in a multicultural society is a purposeful process, in the course of which a teacher identifies ethno-cultural characteristics of the family, predicts possible challenges and difficulties and assists the family in their prevention and overcoming. All that improves the cooperation motivation of all family members, which is focused on the formation and development of their interpersonal, intercultural, family and social relations, etc. The main technology used by the experts in the process of social educational support, provided to both mono-national and international families, is its ethno-psychological and ethno-educational diagnostics; psychological counseling and psychological preventive care of family members of particular ethnic communities; social case work as a form of the most close cooperation with the family.
