The social and technological aspect of the self-organization of population while solving local issues

The study attempts to define the social self-organization. Based on the original social research results, the author reveals several basic principles determining the self-organizing structure of local groups when addressing local issues. The self-organization of the population at the local level is an increasingly important area in a theoretical analysis. However, nowadays, many aspects of the self-organization system are ambiguously interpreted. The term ‘local community’ is primarily based on location, community and social interaction. Besides, the paper analyzes the element of social solidarity since this process is aggravated by the current trend in the social and economic polarization of society and, as a result, by the lack of social involvement.
