Social and labour adaptation of orphans in the middle of 1920-s as the method of children's homelessness elimination

In the study the forms, methods of labor training of minor homeless children as the way of their homelessness elimination in the second half of the 1920-s years were revealed. This period was marked by change of model of fight against minors homelessness. Lawyers proved that heavy social and economic living conditions influenced the spread of juvenile delinquency and homelessness in the country. Teachers came to understanding that family forms of education were unreasonably forgotten. It was not possible to create favorable conditions for children living in orphanages and other state institutions; therefore there was a mass flight of pupils from them. The analysis of the problem of organizing vocational training for children from orphanages on regional basis allows tracing what actually happened in the life of the country and the region.
