The paper considered an issue of trust with regard to determining the part it takes in the frame/pattern of business links/ dealings of an organization. The study defined a point that trust may be assessed upon both internal atmosphere and external environment of an institution. An inference has been made that trust may serve for a criterion of efficiency in business dealings while being part to reputational capital, and refers to the set of internal and external social and psychological assets of an institution capable of improving performance rates in their operation by fostering a favorable response of the target audience..
