"Social state" and a new model of social policy in Russia

Modern society demonstrates a wide range of models of social policy, reflecting the specifics of the national-state structure, culture and morality, especially the history and traditions of various countries. The diversity of approaches to solving social problems allows us to rethink the traditional content of the concept of “social state”. In relation to the conditions of Russia, the formation of a new model of social policy expresses the restoration of the traditional foundations of statehood.
