Social state: political and theoretical analysis

Russia went through a difficult period of forming the legal, economic, social foundations of the new society. The rigidly centralized management structure, which divorced production from human needs, is gone. The stage of creating the basic institutions of a market economy has come to an end. People gradually master the opportunities offered by free economic activity, private initiative. However, the state is not yet fully able to cope with the fulfillment of important functions assumed by the circumstances. The country has impressive costs of reform, with guarantees of economic and social rights, things are much worse than political ones.
