Social service elderly people on the example of the city of Yakutsk

In article is consider one of important aspects of social policy - social service of elderly citizens. The increase in the number of elderly people in our country is reflected in many problems, including those in acute need, providing comfortable in conditions of life. Carrying out research of satisfaction with services in stationary city institutions of Yakutsk is necessary not only for a full assessment of quality of the provided services, but also allows to listen to the senior generation, to consider their basic needs.
