Social partnership in the Republic of Komi: from declaring the necessity - to real actions

Based on the experience of the Republic of Komi the paper considers the issues of developing effective interaction and collaboration between the key stakeholders within the social partnership in professional education. The authors present the experience of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Council on Personnel training - a specially created body which is to coordinate the efforts of all the stakeholders.
