Social entrepreneurship in the Perm krai: values, problems, prospects

The state is not able to cope with all social problems of society. On the one hand, social entrepreneurship can partially solve the current problems of society and make a profit, on the other hand, despite the presence of some support and promotion of the idea of social entrepreneurship by the state, the number of social entrepreneurs is small.
