Social design as a pedagogical condition of social responsibility development of interns

Problem. The development of the social responsibility of doctors is one of the pedagogical problems in the modern higher medical school. The social responsibility of interns - future doctors is seen as a significant professional quality. Various forms of socially significant activities such as social design are of great importance in the personal and professional development, formation and development of social responsibility of interns. The purposeof the article is to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of social design as a pedagogical condition of the educational process in accordance with FSES of HE for internship programs. The methodology of the researchconsists of general scientific ideas of the activity approach, such as systems of methodological and theoretical principles for the study of mental phenomena; general scientific ideas of a person-oriented approach aimed at the possibility of creating conditions for the full development and manifestation of personal functions of subjects; a cognitive-centered approach that updates the information model of learning. Results. Criterial evaluation of the results of social design at quantitative and qualitative levels has shown that the interns of the experimental group have a good (15-20 %) and excellent (70-80 %) levels of preparedness for the formation of motivation aimed at preserving and strengthening their health and that of others after the course of the discipline “Sociopsychological foundations of professional activity”. Conclusion. Social design is an effective pedagogical condition for the development of social responsibility of interns - future doctors. New technological processes of modeling, design and social design should be introduced in the practice-oriented process of training interns. The general educational skills developed in the project activity are directed to reflexive, research, management, communication, presentation skills, which are an integral part in forming the competences of interns. Social design is aimed at forming the basic skills of interns in structuring and systematization of the main components of public health programs, which include goal setting, forecasting of results and formation of criteria for their evaluation, development of a project activity strategy, project concept, project programming. The development of the social responsibility of interns in the medical education system, in accordance with FSES of HE, is provided by such pedagogical conditions as the creation of an educational environment for interns, based on the activity approach and the application of the Basic Recommendations schemes, which are aimed at the development of socially responsible qualities in professional activity.
