Social space of the modern city

This article offers an understanding of urban space as a dynamic structure of positions and dispositions of interacting actors. The author touches upon the social interaction in the urban space. The particular attention is paid to the relationship of citizens in the postmodern culture, which is considered in the context of “us - them" dichotomy.
