Social perception of regional municipal servants

Negative factors hampering the growth of state self-government professional potential, specificity of municipal servants' labour activity, their social protection, general state of motivation, stimulation of their activities are analysed in the article. Measures aimed at the improvement of municipal servants' motivation systems and better social protection are offered.
