Social content of the "NGO-ization" process in the international sphere

The article deals with the non-governmental organizations (NGOs) operating in the international arena. The features of the non-governmental sector development are characterized by the term "NGO-ization", which is regarded as the process of increasing the number and extension of the activities of NGOs, implying the change of the regulatory framework, institutional foundations and the nature of the interaction between NGOs and other actors of international relations, which means development of the institute of consultative status.
