The social cooperation is a multidiscipline category, which influence on the development of the social relationships explored by many humanities. The legal science is no exception. The social cooperation can be looked from two different aspects: firstly, as a form of social interaction, and secondly, as a model for building the social interaction. Last aspect is so interesting in the context of legal research. The author of the article, using pre-contractual relationships as an example, analyzes the manifestation of this aspect in civil relation and defines the meaning of the social cooperation for all legal civil regulation. In conclusion, the author formulates that the social cooperation is necessary precondition for occurrence effective, stable and valid civil legal relations.
