Social aspects of the organizational activities of local self-government authorities

The article deals with the issues of planning and organizing the activities of local self-government authorities. Using the practical example of the municipality Krasnenkaya Rechka, the author examines how the work with personnel in the system of municipal government is formed and carried out. In order to maximize the use of the labor potential of the administration staff, the author describes in detail the organization of personnel planning.
