Social factors of the organization's development in the conditions of economic socialization

The article examines the social factors of organization and their development in the context of the socialization of the economy. The main factors identified are the improvement of the organization of labor of the organization's personnel and the improvement of working conditions. A qualitative update of the social factors of the organization is due to the need for effective use of labor capital, the development of professional and social activity of workers. The socialization of the economy is focused on the humanization of labor activity, the development of human and labor capital, the mitigation of social differentiation, social responsibility and business orientation. In the course of the study, it was revealed that the process of humanization of labor does not receive proper development due to the dissatisfaction of workers with the level of material incentives for the work performed, career prospects, and social guarantees. The successful development of a socially oriented economy is impossible without the creation of the whole complex of material, social, sanitary and hygienic and other conditions in professional activity, fundamental changes in the organization and nature of labor activity, development of the abilities and creative potential of workers.
