Social risk factors for health in a focus of empiric sociological research

The typology of social risk factors for health is presented in the paper; the factors of micro and macro level are identified. An example of the methodology and tools of empirical study of the prevalence of social risk factors for the health of the working population is given. The main problems of application of the instrument are pointed out on the basis of the results of the pilot study analyses, the recommendation on the improvement of the empirical study of the social determinants of health are given.
