The social functions of physical culture and sport

This article defines and gives information about physical culture - as a kind of culture, which is a process of human activity. The issue of solving problems aimed at improving the natural basis of man, as well as the social value of sports, was raised, which consists of a set of the most effective means and methods of physical education, as one of the main forms of training a person for labor and other necessary activities.
